We asked the company authorities in WRITTEN that the truck should not be changed in any condition. But they changed it. The truck started on 3rd October and reached to our new destination On 8th day. Fridge, Washig machine, Almirah were broken badly. Plastic buckets were bumped from top and broken from sides. Costly Dinner set items were broken. Flower pots were broken, one of the Almirah lock was broken. Full Payment was taken from us beforehand. Despite that.. no Care was taken of our belongings !! Very very Disappointed!!!
