These People are big fraudsters. They First overcharge you. Fraudulent insurance mechanism to rob you of your more money and then next thing they will break and steal from your goods. Finally when a claim arises they never respond and harass the customer.
Ambay Packers didn’t pack my goods that I was charged for. Today its been more than 2.5 months but they have refused for settlement of claims where they damaged my fridge worth 20000, Microwave worth 5000 and washing machine of 18000 and a unique painting worth INR 10000.
Finally when I threatened to go to consumer they make mockery of even legal system by offering me a compensation of INR 3000 only. Fckrs! They charged more than 5000 rupees for insurance and after damaging articles worth Rs. 53, 000 they offer that much.
When I asked how they arrived at the figure they don’t have any answer. Most likely one of the sawant sitting at the helm said 3 with 3 zeros looks good to me so thats the claim I will settle for.
Please never use these fraudsters.
