Its been 5 years I am associated with Amdocs, worked primarily at pune office.
Since amdocs is not my first company and I can clearly make a comparison with my
previous hires, it is a much better place to work, to learn and to grow.
Since employee strength in amdocs is comparatively pretty low as compared to companies like TCS, Infosys etc, amdocs offers a lot more than just a competitive salary, it offers good work culture, good food options, more flexibility in terms of work timings etc.
I Strongly recommend this company to every IT engineer.
