I am based out of Singapore and I was in the look out for the best available saffron for my pregnant wife. I first learnt about Iranian, Mexican and Kashmiri saffron. I have thoroughly searched online to buy the best available across several e-commerce sites including Amazon and I finally found out Amee Enterprise
*About Amee Enterprise:-*
Initially, I was very hesitant, as I did not find any online review or rating about them. But I spent good amount of time on their website which gradually added confidence. The way they presented the information on their website with tables and stuff and also some quality certificates reinforced my confidence on them additionally I also found that the price somewhat affordable enough to take the risk, so I went a ahead and ordered Amee Saffron- 25Gms(the Top end saffron available with them).
*About my Experience:-*
1) 25thMay - I made online order and I have received email acknowledgement to my email address
2) 30thMay - I have received email from them saying that my order has been dispatched on 28thMay, they have also attached the scanned copy of invoice, declaration statement, packing list & a scanned copy of the airway bill of the package delivery company. They have also included a quick link to track my package on the email body for my convenience
3) 3rd Jun - I have received my Order at 10:00AM
*About Saffron:-*
As I have mentioned earlier, this is my first time in ordering saffron and I’ve never really bought one before, so my exposure to finding good quality saffron is completely based on the information I gathered from the internet. So I adjudged the Quality based on the below factors:-
a) The strings of the Saffron must be long
b) Good saffron should be dark red color and cannot be in yellow color
b) The saffron must be very aromatic
The Saffron I received met all the above points and we are very pleased and happy about the Saffron quality as it meant for the pregnancy purpose.Just a day before I wrote this email, I have received a follow up email from Amme enterprise on 11thJun to ensure that I have received my order.
*Overall feedback:-*
1) Product Quality - Good
2) Customer Service - Good, I am happy about the way they handled the customer service and their heads up with the information
3) Price - I cannot say neither Cheap nor costly, but I was able to afford
4) I recommend Amme with confidence and I will surely make my next purchase with them
*Suggestion:*
1) I went about buying online purely based on taking risk as I could not get a review/feedback about them online.
I am not sure how many like me will take risk. Hence I suggest the company to reach out to all their customers and build up their
Online reputation, as they have the best product and service available and lack of information online should not pose a challenge to them
2) They could introduce Loyalty program to encourage repetitive purchase, may be they could send a discount e-coupon, which I can use during my next online purchase to avail discounts
