We run a partnership firm offering IT services across pan India and some of the challenges that needed an outside support were managing our team and more over retention, it has been extremely different to retain talent when MNC’s are offering 100 to 150% hike, another challenge was we didn’t have any systems to track our goals or team performance and last was we seriously lacked in strategies to acquire new projects.
Now after getting in the coaching system some of the things we were able to shift was creating a robust team retention plan, offering ESOP, incentives, bonuses and not only that we have now developed a mechanism to drive teams to complete project before times that has increased our profits by 15% and because now there is higher productivity in team, we have the bandwith and the time to focus on creating strategies to acquire new customers.
So far in the past few months we have seen a revenue growth of 60% and we have seen team productivity go up by 50% and profits have grown from 20% to 35%.
All this by making simple strategic changes in the way we operate our business.
