American book centre is a very big book store with wide variety of books available.
There are many different categories of books available with different access options. You may not allowed to access all sections. Only privileged members are allowed to access all sections.
Books are available in wide variety with almost every subject but there are many few books available for engineering entrance exam and other entrance exams.
Range of books is quite low with only few author books available in each category not all.
Cost of the book is too high. Even for the used book they charge the new book amount.
Not satisfied by the customer service they provide. They behave like a library not a book store. The staffs are lazy that they don’t search the book for you instead they tell you to search on your own and find which is done only at library not in a book store.
Had a very bad experience when I visited it on exchange of a book. First they accepted and after waiting for 1 hour for the amount they finally told we can’t take. and when I said that you should have told before they started arguing with me.
