I used gold card. First year waived fees. It has easy points accumulation system. If you use it well, you can get the required 25k points.
I got 25k points within 1.5 years and used that to get makemytrip coupons and enjoyed a trip to Goa.
The key thing about any credit card is that you need to actually use only one and spend it well to get the most points.
Avoid ICICI, HSBC etc which don’t give good points. Some give cash back facility of upto 500rs per month. If you collect this 500*12= 6000 bucks, this is still less than the gift vouchers of upto I think 15k from Amex. Worth the deal. Every year or year and half.
Their customer service was excellent. They know how to treat customers.
I used to call their international number when I was onsite and they used to direct me to Indian number and take care of my queries!
