I was using last 3 year they are charging approx 4800/- annual fee.it was Ok.but there are another option were available but they don’t told to me .every time I made payment on time only one month I missed they given my limit 11000/- can you imagine how embarrassed I felt with my friends and relative when I was making a payment.even they don’t intimate your card limit to customer before changing any limit.
That is very chor company, Even they don’t send card statement on monthly basis, I will give ZERO 00000 to American Express.
Yes you will get one benefit there are trained parrot(Customer Care) who check your smile on phone and ask about your health which they do extra with others customer care. if you need these then you can get American Card.
