First they forcefully try to give u a credit card when u agree and give them an appointment, they can never make it in time. this has happened 3 times then they call u at their own convenience and their staff has the balls to say, ’ madam I was busy I cannot come at ur convenient time. what is ur problem to meet now’.
THEY SHOULD BE rewarded bravery award for this.
