I have just received American express card in Bangalore. Most of the shops does not accepts this card like Myhome, Furniture shops where citibank and standard charter banks are easily accepted. They went on sending mailer telling that they don’t charge any membership charges and will give 40% more credit than the other banks which is all lies. Actually they have given 40% less and charged Rs.995/- for membership. Will write more obout them in my next visit.
