I had high expectations from American Tourister, But unfortunately my experience was quite dissapointing. I bought a suitcase thinking it would be durable and travel friendly, but I didn’t even a last few trips. The handle become loose, the zipper often stuck, and the wheel starting noice. I except better quality from this huge brand but it didn’t fulfil my demand so I give advise never trust product by the name of their brands.
