Hi friends, Today I am reviewing about my American tourister backpack which I bought.
When I bought the bag it looks nice, but when I searched and noticed that one sidebof my bag stilrip is same as of opposite side.
Then I complaint about the defective item to the company but they didn’t hear me well and as of them I am forced to used that defective product.
I didn’t know how this major company is so unprofessional about its costumer, because they didn’t even have at least good costumer executive to solve the problem of costumer
After that time I haven’t even buy any product of that company to use, because my previous experience was very bad with the company.
