I’m not veru sure whether the name of the hotel captioned above is right or not. if it is aminia, the name mentioned in title of my review then I think I can proceed. anyone who loves muglai khana and has not gone to aminia does not know what s/he has missed.
where from shall I start? I think I should start from the time you get down from the bus near elite cinema or cross the calcutta municipal corporation building from the side of chaplin cinema. the first thing that will surround you is the totally out of the world aroma of the food. I can’t
describe the feeling - no word will fully justify that.
when you enter the hotel it is a gourmet’s delight. though it has not changed its look and sitting arrangement much over the years. instead they have concentrated on their core competency and that is providing excellent food at an affordable price.
i don’t want to go into the specific items because it is beyond my capacity. I can assure anyone, that one can pick up any dish at random and will feel delighted to have the first bite.
only negative aspect of this place is that the foods are very oily and rich. so be prepared. and this is an absolutely forbidden place for a vegi. they should not even read this review (ha! ha!).
the must have dish is the chicken/mutton biriyani. it will be really difficult to match the same standard anywhere in the world.
