Now days I am watching interviews with Amitabh Bachchan Ji. He is giving excuses on so many allegations and one of them which is causing concern for so many is land scam done by him.
Most surprisingly he said that he will or he has returned his land to Gram Sabha and if he had done any violation of law by purchasing land, he should be sent to prison. He had given number of other excuses on his part blunders but now old is of nobody’s concern.
I want to narrate the real story behind land scam which even he can not deny.
He wanted to buy land in Pune. But the main condition is for buying agriculture land is that the buyer should be a farmer. Our Amitabh ji is not a farmer everybody knows and even he know it well. He is an Actor and Anchor by profession and none else. But it was to be proved on papers. He approached his friend Shri Mulayam Singh Yadav, who advised to buy land in Barabanki in UP.
He by hook and crook arranged registry of Gram Sabha land in his name but since the deal was illegal, the then ADM has denied to sign on the authority papers. This made him and his friend MSY angry and led to transfer of the said ADM. New ADM was forced to sign on the authority papers by the then government as the case was very special. He though signed but later sent a letter to Pune Land Authority that the documents were forcibly and under pressure signed by him and should be treated as illegal.
This letter was kept as ignored. But the unfortunate stars for Amitabh Bachchan that those fraudulent registry papers were sent by Pune Authority to Barabanki land authority for verification that whether Amitabh Bachchan is a farmer by profession. In the meantime the government changed and the entire episode came to limelight of press, electronic media and government.
Now the matter is sub judiced in High Court. Amitabh Bachchan on the ground of simply getting stay by the High Court in the matter, declared himself innocent and felt as released from the charges. Where as the stay means stay on proceedings till the matter is decided by the High Court.
Amitabh Bachchan thinks that he can befool public in general because Sahara and India TV channels are showing his interviews and he a white bearded 64 year childlike person got some kind of court verdict as released from all charges. His statement that he has donated/returned the land to Gram Sabha in Barabanki and Pune too makes viewers laugh on him. Simply because no one can donate other’s land, which he does not acquire legally.
