Business is a respectable word. But when someone (read amity) practices business that is manipulative and disingenuous, the B word gets a bad name.
Its very simple logic, when you have a good hospital, there is a good doctor at the helm of affairs. When there is a good restaurant, there is a capable chef who is following his passion. But when there is a criminal at the top, you have amity. Thanks to tehelka expose https://tehelka.com/story_main12.asp?filename=ts061105Schooled_in.asp we have all been shown the light.
Now look at it, a lala with lots of black money, manipulative capabilities and political connect wants to start a dhandha. Chalo bhaiya, munshi ji se poochen ki kaunsa dhanda badhiya hai. Munshi ji bolein, logo ko padhaiye aur paisa banaiye. But lalaji bole paisa banaiye to theek hai par hum khud anpadh auron ko kya padhaiye? Munshi ji bole padhaiye to naam ka par asal mein chya banaiye!
So lala likes the idea and starts a school. What a beauty, the only private college in the world that claims to ‘teach’ more than 125 courses ranging from nursing to as diverse as nanotechnology. Darling, yeh specialization kis chidiya ka naam hai?
Now guys the problem is not that one college is teaching so many courses, the catch is in doing justice to them all because a students do not deserve to be fooled. It takes decades for colleges and universities to add courses to their fleet because you need capable and qualified teachers to handle them. But when amity does it overnight without capable staff and teachers to handle it, their teachers multi-task i.e. are enticed or forced to take multiple classes in multiple directions causing multiple injuries to students.
This is a serious issue not only for me who has a bitter experience, but for all of you can save your valuable time and money and effort by not joining a college that is a huge farce. Let me assure you, the teachers (except one lady) know nothing. There is just one lady who is actually running the show on her shoulders for whom I have great respect; the others are a big sorry! Not only they have no idea of the course, they get stuck in the class on basic questions. They are found to be teaching in various big and small tutorial shops in the city and absent themselves regularly (thankfully we could better utilize time reading on our own).
Is this commitment??? Surely not. And it is because good leadership flows down from the top. And here, top is bottom!
So bottoms up guys, no other way out after joining amity!!
