It looks like it’s made up of pudina, ashvagandha, etc. I am in love with its smell. It smells very ayurvedic, so I think it wouldn’t have any side effects on Health.
I used it on my hand when my hand was aching way too much, I had tried some other pain relief sprays on my hand but the pain ceased to go, I tried this balm and after the first application I could feel a relief of about 30% , it had actually given me some relief I used it another time and my hand was just alright and I wasn’t left with the need to use it another time. It’s not very expensive, it’s worth the price paid.
