My mom use to tell me that when I was kid I used to go to fridge and eat the cubes of amul butter, and use to enjoy without bread.well that was a my childhood and now in my adult I have it everyday with my bread in tea time.i love when it is used in daal for tadka.when it is mixed in my pav bhajis bhaji.utterly butterly taste of amul butter is making me water my mouth even while typing about it .some times I feel like bread are made for the amul butter.i really love the smooth texture, the way it softly applied on the bread. Amul butter is something that always has place in my fridge and in my heart
