Amul butter is very healthy and good for family use.Thousands of milkmen of Gujarat are member of this society. Everyday they collect thousands of liters of milk from their members and process it for the market. The benchmark that they have created is difficult to achieve. They produce more than 25, 000 tons of butter, quite difficult milestone to reach. Under one giant umbrella we can get any major product that can be made out of milk. In India, major products of Amul like Butter, Ghee, Milk, Cheese, and Paneer etc. are available through out the country. Their products are hygienically packed in reasonably attractive packs. There is consistency in quality and with reasonable price tag. Well, in some areas(say sweets) they have to improve. Improvement is a continuous process and that philosophy is applicable to all of us. They have very well organized supply chain management and that may be one of the main reasons for their success.
All Indian is using this butter and it rocks.
