I was happy with amul butter since 35 years from now after compromising with polson butter from England.it was deficult to switch from polson to amul.but we finally adjusted.
Now 2 months back I purchased amul butter from a shop in DAHISAR east, Mumbai, with fresh date& packing with black fungus like thing on it.next day I took one more with same defect.third day I showed it to the shop owner and he gave me 2 fresh packets in exchange to 2 defected ones.those 2 were also damage.the shop owner says that the distributor is not ready to replace.I have complained directly to amul customer care with the promise that they will look into the matter.god knows when?
