I had started having dark chocolates about a year ago after reading about their health benefits. Well, dark chocolates contain a good amount of anti oxidants which help clear off the harmful free radicals from our bodies. I tries a lot many brands and then finally decided to stay with Amul. One, it tastes really good. Amul makes great chocolates, even their milk chocolates are awesome. Second, the cost us pretty liw as compared to other brands. The quantity we can get in Amul for 20 bucks would cost us above 30-40 if we go for other brands like Cadburry Bourneville. Third, and most important, the cocoa content. Any chocolate containing about 30% n above of cocoa is termed as a dark chocolate. And the more the cocoa content, the more anti oxidants you get from it which is very beneficial. Amul dark chocolates give you 55% cocoa which is amazing. You get far less in other brands that cost around d same miney as Amul. A big thumbs up to this chocolate !
