Absolutely right, the name is Amul. Variety of product produce Amul company. Milk, milk powder, paneer, dahi etc etc. I will say something about amul paneer.
Amul paneer has two types. One is bar type and another is cube type. I prefer cube type. Most of the days I use this paneer whether in occasion or any festival or any ordinary days. Our family fully enjoy with this product.
The speciality if amul paneer is it’s purity. It remains fully soft after fry and the smell is so nice that I cannot forget it. Amul company always maintain it’s quality. When I make paneer pakoda I always think only amul paneer. The taste and quality of the paneer always remain same.
After cooking the cube paneer I always enjoy some different taste.
