No doubt that the flavor and packaging of the ice-cream is good. But it contains artificial sweeteners like Sucralose which may have some allergic effects. Not recommend for children and it is clearly written on the package.
But I am 21, and when I have it for the first time, it causes various digestion problems to me. I am not saying that it causes issues for everyone, but think twice before you have it. A trusted brand like Amul, some people don’t look at the ingredients carefully because it looks like a regular ice-cream.
