Amul Taaza is a tetra packed homogenised toned milk. Which is processed in such way that gives a smooth consistency , preventing cream layer forming on top of milk.
The best part of Amul Taaza is that it has been sterilized in high temperature and packed in a tetra coated packet aseptically which keeps the milk fresh untill the packet opened and also this milk can be consumed without boiling.
As it is toned milk , thus it contains low amount of milk fat ( 3 gm / 100 ml) which can be effective in fat loss. Also it contains added Vit-A and Vit-D which helps the milk calcium to be absorbed in body properly. Best thing is it contains no preservatives , which damages health.
So my opinion about this dairy product is , it’’’’s the best ready to drink milk with great taste and creamy texture.
