Amulya is a premium dairy whitener . Amulya dairy whitener is a highest quality product. It is prepared from partially skimmed milk and sugar . I had already used Mother dairy. but I dont like its taste.
It can also used for making of sweets and making of curds etc. Also gives a certain thickness and sweetened flavour in the tea. The price is high compared to other brand but the quality is great so it is worth paying.
I wouldn’t recommend it, but if you are vegetarian the fat content shouldn’t matter.
