I am using this product only when there is a non availability of milk. I am not a constant user but still it can give a substitute for milk to a average level. The powder get hardened very faslty when it get contacted with air. This property makes it difficult in using it for a 2days interval. When it comes contact to it get get a sticky nature and when put in water it brcomes floating above the water. After our vigourous moving of water only it get dissolved. The colour imparted by the powder to tea is also average. It doesn’t reach the quality of milk. Still in many situations amulya is very useful whenever visitors come to home. At that time milk won’t be there and amulya powder as substitute for milk.
