I used this product for weight gain but no improvement. I purchased 500gm protein powder jar and consume in 1 month but no improvement in my health, I generally mix this with milk but after somedays I had experience the problem of acidity.
But after I stopped taking this powder my acidity problem got over. I will not suggest this product.
