I visited Amzer.in for ordering a customized back cover for my phone(with my photo printed on it, that’s what customized means).
First of all they dont have any live review screen, where you can check how it looks after printing.
After uploading the pic and paying them full amount. I’ve to wait for 2 days.
After 2 days they sent me a preview which I don’t like. Then they simply denied to re-design it. But, after so many pleading they finally agreed to try with a different image. Then again a waiting for 24 hours. This time I somehow liked the preview and tell them to print it.
Now They took 4 days to pint a simple back cover.
Story doesn’t end here.
Then they choose India’s most third class courier service to ship it.That courier company took 10 days to deliver the product. Finally I had my order after 15 days from ordering.
Although their service is very unprofessional, but quality of the product is good. As per the quality concern I can give it 4.5 stars out of 5. But due to that delay on delivery I am giving then allover 2 out of 5
