Anandalok is a popular bengali Masala Fortnightly Magazine published by A.B.P limited or Ananda Publishers. I am writting this reveiw to tell my mouthshut members the
story of my funniest days while I was 14-15.
Story
When I was 8-9 years old I told my family members that I want to be a ’’Notice’’ of the movie industry(ARTIST U KNOW).Everybody laughed.I had immense interest in movies
and I watched every actor actresses.I loved Anil Kapoor’s movie ’’tejab’’ and always sang the song’’EK DO teen’’.
My Family:-is a bit of conservative.My grandfother was a very tough person.My mother is the local chairperson(now she is M.L.A) and school teacher.My father is a serviceman.We are subscriber of bengali magazines- Sananda, anandamela, chandmama, des, suktara and nabokallol.My maternal dada was subscriber of anandalok.
When I was 14, i noticed a magazine(anandalok).I recalled my childhood days. There was a sexy picture of Madhuri Dixit in the cover.Then and then I fell in love with Madhuri and kept the Magazine under my pillow.
During cleaning of the room my mother found the magazine and an embarrassing chapter of my life began.
But whenever I find this Magazine I just like to read it.
About Anandalok
The first publication of anandalok was held on 1975.From the very begining anandalok is growing its popularity among the every class of the soceity.My friends call it ’’Hot magazine’’.There are so many Sections in this magazine. Film Director Rituporno Ghosh is the Editor of this Magazine.
Letters, Makkhi Rani, Advise line, Hot picture pages etc etc.
The Letterssection is very good.The letters of the readers are sometimes very interesting.
The most interesting of anandaloke Patrika is MAkkhi Rani(Queen Bee).The running gossips of film industries are very ’’Masaladar’’.Advise line is traditional nothing to say.
But the picture pages are the biggest thing of anandalok. There are so many sexy pictures of the hot actresses of bollywood and exclusives from tollywood(Bengali film industey).
The popularity of anandalok is increasing every day.
Actually film magazines are not always very realistic. Life is very light here.In the other sense this magazines make the life lighter. But I think this is neccessary to forget the real, tough world for sometimes.
