I am writing this review after undergoing a nightmarish experience with Anandrathi.
1)At the very outset let me tell u that the demat account opening process has been outsourced and the behavior of the concerned staff is less said the better.
2)They keep in touch with you only till the cheque is collected and later that is it.The account opening process wil drag on for more than a couple of months.The worst part is the staff at AnandRathi do not even bother to respond to your queries let alone inform you about the reasons for the delay.
3)Finally after a lot of mails/phone calls your demat account will be created but then there will not be any catalogue or help manual for the user to proceed further.On top of it the toll free number as well as the Mumbai contact no are a waste of time and phone calls for the user.
4)when informed the concerned person(Majid 9342241630) abt the difficulties he just is not bothered to attend to your query.
5)Also the website( http://www.rathi.com) is down most of the time.
Over all, my advice is not to open your account with these guys. So please.....please.....please do not get carried away by the initial phone calls/tv ads from these guys which is nothing but a trap for your long term suffering
