One word: Avoid.
They have a zero communicating policy. Like most traders, they run after you to get your signature on account opening, and then ignore you.
They have a young manageress (housewife) at the Bangalore Cambridge Road office. She seemed extremely reluctant to step outside her cubicle to meet with me at a/c opening - hello, the entire office space is about 200 sq. ft.! She could hardly avoid a customer, even though she tried her best to do so.
The entire office is run by two 20+ year olds with a distinct lack of culture/manners. After being prompted by two e-mails to their VP, I received a nasty phone call that began: Is this (my first name)! You havn’e bothered giving us any details of your stocks! How do you expect us to trade for you!" Arrogant junior who opened my a/c 5 weeks ago. No preamble, lots of lies about "my person called you" ( not true) and "you have the mistake (sic) to not give all your stocks to us" ...
Huh!
I regret having interacted with them - and I was referred to them by their own Vice President!
