Ananda honda is not a good service center. I got my bike service 1-2 months back. When you are handing over your bike, they tell what all things will be changed in your bike. They told me initially the charge will be 4.5k but later charged me with hefty 8k. Below are the issue with them:
People are very rude once you have handed over the bike .
They try to change almost all possible parts in your bike, even if it is only 20% worn off. However they do not change a lot of parts but only show in bill.
They will not tell you all the billing details like one of the component they add is AMC( Rs. 750) which we think is some component in bike, but it is Annual monthly checkup which is just a way to make money.
I felt in my bike, they only changed battery and done with washing. Nothing more than that and charged a bulk amount of 8k.
They left engine oil leaking while delivering the bike. They broken of some nozzle and I paid around Rs. 800 to get it fixed from a local repair shop.
My bike was making some noise which is not fixed.
My bike brakes were worn off, they took money but not changed.
They told some weird things like some smoke is coming so they have to change some costly parts, but truth is my bike was not at all giving any smoke.
If you call service center guy and ask for some explanation, they use harsh language and do not hesitate even to abuse you.
Everything they charge at MRP even though you can get a discount of 20% outside for the same parts.
