Prithviraj has been giving good movies to us in the recent times. So I went to watch the movie even without reading the reviews. And the movie came out to be a decent one.
Please don’t expect another’ Ennu ninte Moydeen’ in this. Its a feel good light hearted rom-com.
The casting is very good especially Biju Menon and Suresh Krishna.There is no bad lip sync with the north Indian actress since she is not speaking malayalam.
It has the same old cliche clinched love story but the location makes it refreshing. You can’t find any emotional depth between the main characters still its watchable.
The music is very good and the qawwalis in the BGM are worth mentioning.You cant find the life style, marriage, death, celebrations of island people in this movie. The visuals are stunning.
If you wish to go for this movie watch it in theatre with good picture and audio quality.The final verdict: Go for it if you like feel good movies. Even if you don’t like the story, the beauty of Kavaratti and the music will definitely please you.
