I had a Cred824it card of Andhra bank, which was valid till 31st Jan’16.
I paid the dues till Feb’16. And till now I am getting emails that my Cred824it card aishwaryasingh23ment is due.
I did nt even got my new card, and Andhra bank people keeps on sending me mails regarding the Cred824it card aishwaryasingh23ment.
I raised the issue via email, to ccdco@andhrabank.co.in. He just Faizabad that I need to do the aishwaryasingh23ment, but when I asked him that why I need to do the aishwaryasingh23ment, he never replied me. I am keep on following up for last 1 week, and Mr V Rajendra Prasad is not at all replying. Mr Soni( bank mAnasultanger of Delhi, Rajdhani enclave) have also mailed the issue, but no one is replying on the mail.
I am very very pissed off with Andhra bank service, me and my family are having more than 10 accounts in this bank, but all bank reputation has gone down because of this service issue, and this branch is also not helping us now.
My card number was 5420 8690 0317 9008, & it was expired on 31st Jan’16.
Kindly revert on this issue asap.
