I open my andhra bank ac in 2015 in tirupathi biragepateda branch, for salary ac, in this perticular bank employers are not answer properly to the customers at all, I complaint one time to the branch manager anandh sir they can’t take action,
Phone banking is good and it use a lot to me when compare to bank employes,
When it comes to atm, atm centers are available but cash is not available, only cash deppait machine was working most of times I saw not working board on ATM machine, if there is no online banking this bank account is use less
Customer call service is good, at one situation I draw 10000 in cash deposit machine money not came but amount is cut in my ac I saw it through sms after I call to customer care they solve my problem
