Dear friends, Here I am going to share my personal experience regarding Andhra Bank.I had a account in this bank two years back and had worst experience with this bank.The staff members of this bank are very rude towards their customers and they do not like to help the customers regarding anything like depositing money, withdraw etc.I just hate their attitude and they are very rude and do not give complete information.This bank even provides net banking very slowly and I had entered my card and cvv number to get amount in my paytm wallet.I had not received amount in my wallet and the bank takes too long to make transactions.I just hate their service of making transactions.So I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
Phone Banking - The bank does not make quick transaction while using phone banking.
ATM Availability - The ATM’s are available rarely and most of them do not work.
Customer Service - They do not provide good customer service at all.
