I used to go bank regularliy to bank for my payment which want ot issue cheques to different purpose .on 7/11/2009, gone to bank for new cheque book , concenred madam if front of Entrance section I dont her name , she told to come on monday , and 9/11/2009, and again gone to bank.
She told me book are over come tomorrow , and tues day 10/11/2009.at 3.15 Pm . again gone to bank , She is issuing cheque to another customer , I told , madam I want cheque book again she is telling me come tomorrrow , I asked her whether you are interested to issue me cheque , are not tell me in one word YES are NO. I am romeing from three days for cheque book. She replied me is its your s i shown the proof of my pan card also.
Again she told to come tomorrow , i told her " infornt of me you are issuing book to other customer , why not me s , why your are avoiding me and your job , and do the your job properly i told to her , and demanded to do your work on time. Is this is the customer service, why your are avoiding , giving flase answer .
With the louder voice she shouted on me and told me , andshe called they appointed rowdy or gunda vijay who is the name of office boy manages every thing ih the bank when with vulgar language s he shouted on me and we do not issue cheque book , and kicked me out of bank and what ever you want to do, he told me. And send me out of bank they desnt respect the customer . And not maintainig ethics , one office boy rowdys are now days maitaining by nationalised banks. Means up to what extent staff can go .
To unload the work of traffice of customer in the name college students , they are going to increase the business . They even forgetten to do the service to customers need . The priciples of gandiji told. They are just show peice s , cut out , customers are depened on them . Their are interruption to their work , but not the purose of it.
I ask cmd r.s. reddy not open new branches and create problems for customer s , proper checking is to be done what they are doing service are not , not 79 branches and 138 atms and 213 d channels are not enough to customer s , one international bank abn amro or hsbc or stanadard chart city branch is enough to all of your branchs service are doing service to the customer , showing p& l and bl in not enough no:s and profit 274 crores is not sufficent .
Cheif manager naryanaguda branch k .nageshwar sleep in house office rowdy boy manages the bank and support the staff to him to unload thier work burden. Core banking, keeping atms and internet banking , willnot slove the problems of the customer s if any one finding fault of staff , customer s will be kicked out of bank. You must know. It is like a old wine in new bottle . Actual what is happening behind you must find out . Your caption will become . " unchaged attitude towards customer s committed to unload the burdun of customers." i told i will give complaint in banking ombudsmen but they not liseten to me.
I request the people of hyderabad not to look for nationlised bank s they are see and enoy , ambience , good looks , and core banking , atms , internet banking, and low mimimum bal rs 1000/-, all these are not enough , but, thier are useless when , customer are not treated well or not received without respect , all not useless for customers like me.
I request all these benefits can get with any private or international bank with one phone call at destop of your computer in office or home or at any one well known person. Please keep minimum qab at private or international bank balance with respect you can get anything you want their . "hyderabad can become hitech city " but unchanged attitude of staff of andhra bank never become hitech bank in hyderabad .
" andhrabank become annda bank only." They are use ful for school & old people pensionor s and schelor ships and village people bank & thumpsups people only can be egliable .they demand nothing what got they got happy. With it service.
I fell very bad infornt of other customers and feel shame on my part why i opened account with this " aandha bank branch long ago . I got atm after month i rome to the bank. And pin number 10day and internet banking two months , they send me out of bank for cheque book also. Finally i decided to closed the account and tell everybody with word of mouth talk this is big use less in andhra pradesh with andhra name is shame on our part .
