After opening bk acct with andhrabank bank Iam offered online bkg facility on request.I have made more than 25 attempts to access by bank account online.
But facility is not customer friendly and unable login.Iam also having online facility of various other banks and I never faced this kind of problem to access my accts with those banks like sbi, canarabank , idbi indianbank etc.Even I tried to give feedback to andhrabank on their website, even feedback is not accessible.Iam at a loss to understand how to solve this problem.k v prabhakar rao.
