I am having andhra bank account using it from 1 year and suddenly 1 week back I need to do online transaction but it is not having net banking option . We cannot create net banking through online we need to go te home branch and qctivate the net banking that too paasword will not be given instantly it is very irritating to visit bank these many times . And there is no green card facility for cash deposits and we need to wait in the queue for hours. the atm are also very less and it works very often only. Even mobile number is registered with the account no messages are delivered to it when transactions are done.i dont recomend this bank for savings I need to close this account.
