Hello here is my personal review upon this bank, I have been customer from 4 years, and I would like to share everything. ( branch Dhasnapoor, adilabad, 504001, telangana)
the bank allows easy and quick phone banking service, easy to subscribe sms banking, and phone call banking.
Atm service is also good but some times systems wont work properly, some time we mony wont get mony but we get sms that shows ua money has debited, ( it will be solved in 24hrs) .
bank allows internet banking wich let us know each and every transection, instant money transwer and it allow us all of that features what other banks offering.
customer service: - there is no respect for customers in this branch, once I went to open an account for my sister , and I asked for form twice and thrice no one responded me, I stay there for 30 minuts and went to the branch PO and again aked for form to open an account then he said come back later, whats this, he sipping tea and telling me come back later , they only providing service to rich business mens, they solving their problems even they came later than me, its bad service, they dont even know how to behave with customers, please andhrabank and mouthshut let this messege know that branch manager and that ugly nonsense PO. and solv our problmes thank you
