This being my first review, I shall keep it simple and crisp. Kindly rate:)
Pros:
1) Magnificent range of various varieties of sarees
2) Well priced. Expensive ones are mostly the 100% pure zaris or the stores designer collection called Advaya.
3) Has unique, one-of a kind pieces. They show these pieces on request. saw a saree I could buy a house for.It was gorgeous!
4) Bridal collection is very nice. Reasonable pieces available starting from 15, 000 for a decent saree
5) Love their dupattas -from different regions of the country.
6) 1st floor handwoven designers are very very classy. Range from 3000 onwards. Excellent prices.
7) Has lower range gifting sarees too. Though very inexpensive, the sarees are of decently good quality for gifting.
8)Valet parking is fantastic
9)Lovely home /museum/traditional house like interiors. Full marks for ambiance.
10) Very nice staff. They showed sarees according to occasion and not once did they directly ask me how much I wanted to spend. A BIG thumps up for that.
Cons:
1) NO SALE season! The first time have I seen a store not have any sale season. Was a bit disappointed.
2) They do not let you completely drape a Kanjeevaram saree as they say, once draped the saree cannot be sold to anyone else., since mostly it is used in pious occasions.Too strict about this policy!
3) They need more sales staff especially during weekends. I have visited them only during weekends and sometimes have had to wait a little to be attended.
4)Need gift wrapping options
5)Not much information on the the gold and silver privilege card
I did not explore the mens section as much but they seem to have a good collection of printed shirts and silk ties.
All in all, a good store for all age groups. They have classy and upper class type collection and are surprisingly very well priced. One big bonus I got- I saw Chetana Kumble shopping here. Sales staff told me she is a regular and only wears sarees from here(I dont know how true that information is but saw Chetana pick 4 sarees from there).
