I went to Angadi for the first time yesterday to buy a typical South Indian ’Pattu’ saree for my mother for Diwali. I found the most amazing saree which was exactly what I was looking for! but I am not here to talk about their "pattu’ collection. I found the most awesome collection Khadi sarees that I have seen.
I had gone to many saree stores for my mothers saree so I know this collection is unique to Angadi. It is absolutely WOW!!I am not a saree wearer but I HAD to buy 2 amazing Khadi sarees... one in off-white and Gold and the other in shell pink. These are officially the first sarees I have EVER bought for myself and I am super excited! It is not ’jhatak’ type so I looovee it. I will wear one tomorrow to my office pooja.
The only problem I see with the store is that, it is tooo crowded and I had to wait for a sales staff to attend to me. The sales staff asked me to come again on a weekday, non season time to explore... and that, I Will!...
