With attractive low brokerage plan I got enrolled in Jan 2016 but soon I realised opaque processes and fishy transactions. They are having the worst customer service executives. Angel eye app is not showing basic information like allocated amount of tradiing. Unless you ask them you wont come to know how much dividend is paid by companies to you.
They dont even bother to intimate you. after a desperate call to close the account it took them 3 months to close it. even their recommendations are worst. I suggest those who are not known please read other comments also they are genuine and should not go to this brokerage even if you had to pay more brokerage to others like HDFC or ICICI securities.
