I made a mistake to open an angel broking account 2 weeks back at GURGAON. I’m really surprised and shocked with the pathetic, poor and irresponsible customer service provided by Angel broking(Gurgaon) under TAJ MOHAMMED. I was in touch with an TAJ Mohammed from angel for opening account of my uncle. Throughout the opening of Demat account he kept on giving me wrong and misinformation about the account such as the brokerage and AMC to be levied on the account. He didn’t even know the basic difference between Trading & Demat account. Still after lot of trouble the account was opened but my misery didn’t stop there. TAJ Mohammed gave me some inputs which led to loss on my accounts, he showed so much confidence that he told me do not sell, As my account is traded on call and trade, despite my repeated instruction to cut my positions, TAJ MOHAMMED did not took actions. I had complained to the Angel management which did not took any action against Taj Mohammed, eventually I suffered loss due to this cheat and poor service by angel, I do not suggest anyone to open account with angel. Shame on angel…shame on TAJ Mohammed FROM GURGAON BRANCH, The services are so poor that I was not able to trade at all, due to software issues with angel. THEIR MANGERS MISBEHAVE, I HAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF THEIR SENIOR MANAGERS-TAJ MOHAMMED. This is my advice to all, THAT NEVER OPEN ANGEL ACCOUNTS; TAJ MOHAMMED, NOT ONLY GAVE ME WRONG AND LOSS MAKING TIPS BUT HE DID NOT CALL ME BACK TO STOP LOSS AND DID NOT PICK HIS CALLS AS MY ACCOUNT HAD SOME ISSUES. ANGEL MANAGERS ARE NOT HELPFUL AND THEY MISBEHAVE Do not open angel broking account - THEY MISBEHAVE Thanks a lot.
