Very Poor Customer Service

The customer service is very poor, I sold some of my mutual fund holdings on 1st March 2016 and the transaction is not settled till date(5th April 2015).


The system shows some thing different the mutual fund statement shared with me shows some thing else and the cash transaction statement shows some thing else. When I approached them regarding this discrepancy they came back saying there is some technical glitch in the system.


To my surprise how can there be fault in a system which handles financial transactions on a daily basis. More over they keep charging interest for the shortage in margin even if you are late by few minutes but in my case they had to settle amount and its 35 days the transaction is executed and they are still investing. So pity.
