Well I think to bought some property with this company. I Advice not to buy. Because of their worst service. Horrible and disgusting quality.
I am not impress qith the quality. Seems like all worst possible quality of materials get used in the projects. This Seems they not yet delivered documents for the previous projects completed 5 years back.
All the documents and dues of refunded amounted till now. All previous projects in belur are in worst possible state, its just that the buildings are somehow standing. There are cracks on every walls inside and outside. This type craps are not good for us. Bathroom water leakage almost in every flat. Pype fitting is too low. Major mistake in electrical connection with all cheap material. They fitted the wire with too much of neglency.
