My name is Jayati Roy, I visited to Serampore showroom with my mother who is 65yrs. above, we were waiting for almost 1.5 hour, for our turn at the cash counter but floor manager suddenly came and make other customers bill at first, just before our turn...... And when we protest that the floor manage misbehaved with us by saying that in bengali with attitude, "ha ha, hoye gache hoye gache, thik ache, thik ache, and completely ignoring us by attending another customer. Other staff of the showroom apologize us, but the floor manager was so rude..... And we have decided that we will not visit the showroom again..... Is this the greatings that we deserve on Dhanteras inside the showroom by your staff? I would like to give you suggestions to focus more on your management system, and to focus more while you are recruiting someone as your staff..... That manager was so rude of serampore branch.
