Hi,
Anjappar hotel famous for its spicy tamil dishes started a new branch at tambaram recently.And I went with my family for a dinner there recently.Ambience is ok ok.service is poor, but one thing I liked abt this tambaram anjappar is thath its not crowded like other anjappar braches.The dishes are asusual little expensive.Food is average.some items are good.Reservations are not required.Review on some of the food items:
Soups are really good.the soup can be shared easily by 2 ppl.and they are tasty.
Starters:- Ordered some chicken starters.Not so great.little expensive compared to other hotels.
Main Dish -DONT EVER TRY NAANS and ROTIS at ANJAPPAR.BIRYAANI IS OK.
A good place for non vegetarians but not many dishes for veggies.its a good place for casual dinners but not for special occassions.In tamabaram Area, hotel arusampatti is better than this anjappar.
