I feel that the intention of the movie itself is unclear, does it mean to portray negligence or being egotistical and stoic towards patients. Firstly, medical faults happen all the time but the same happens in every profession, so I dont think thats a clear enough motive. Rather I can sympathize with the 2nd cause being the egotistical and unsympathetic nature of professionals and their overemphasis towards their reputation before whats really their job. KKM is one of the best actors of all time and the final monologue is evidence to my statement. 7/10 for me.
