I had been 2 year in Anlarge Infotech india pvt ltd is an one of the outsourcing company they provide man power to many IT MNC companies but in this consultancy they wont give you job security and also salary and medical, insurance benefits are good but not much as expected. They just deploy you in client end and they will pay for you end of the month you should learn your self for career growth and also you can’t say any work environment here because you have been to work for client side but the consultancy make money from companies and they will pay you only small salary I don’t recommend join for this company they make money from you I mean behalf of you they will get money from other companies if they offer you ask for more salary otherwise its not good place to work because you don’t have job security here.
