Annabelle: Creation is a horror movie based on a solid plot made by director David F. Sandberg, the same director who directed’lights out’ another good movie but with a weak story line, but this movie keeps oneself on toes. This time director has done it with a good story line but in the end it is very confusing as the end becomes difficult to understand because it affects other older movies which has Annabelle.
Well, the story is about a little Annabelle who dies in an accident. After some 12 years, 5-6 young orphan girls with a nun as their caretaker come & start living with the family. What happens next is a series of horrifying events which were happening in the house, which is quite exciting.
This movie keeps us always on toes, when it comes to horror & story line. From the start of course I would like to tell how I planned to see Annabelle The trailer on Youtube clearly tells us what is going to happen in this Annabelle movie. This is definitely bad as I easily was able to sort out what was going to happen next in the movie.e.g death of the girl & some horror scenes. I could have told you that but it would have ended all the suspense from the movie.
When it comes to acting, in this movie all the small girls are young but they have played their part very well. They have brought liveliness in their character.The music of the movie is also quite good.
The whole movie is quite scary & it definitely has a story unlike’The evil dead’(1981). If your question is how much horror is there in the movie, then you should watch the whole movie & understand the movie with patience and one thing more this patience will definitely pay off. If you find horror, very addictive, then just go for it. That was the horror part I was describing, as some people like one of my friends ask "How much horror is there in this movie?"
The final advice from me is to avoid trailer in order to get the maximum fun. As watching the official trailer of this movie definitely ended some of my interest in this movie. This movie is definitely a part of other older horror movies e.g The conjuring & Annabelle. But the end of this movie is quite unrealistic
What I mean to say is that as these guys tell the earlier part of the story later, because if notice properly. The conjuring was created earlier & this is wrong order. Annabelle hence should have been shown earlier & the end could have been more realistic & interesting. This end just spoils the story of Annabelle & The conjuring. But still I will give this movie 5 stars. Long time since I watched such an extraordinary & thrilling movie like this.
